PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) CLARIFICATION TEXT
1. WHO ARE WE AS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
The purpose of this Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data of Website Visitors (“Clarification Text”) is to fulfill our obligation to inform the visitors of our website within the framework of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. In this context, the data controller is UISAP BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ DİJİTAL DÖNÜŞÜM HİZMETLERİ VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (UISAP), registered with the ISKENDERUN Trade Registry under the trade registry number 16795 and holding the Mersis number 0887114877800001.
2. WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
When contacting us via forms on our website or e-mails you send, you should not share your personal data other than what we request and/or your sensitive personal data (e.g., race or ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, and genetic and biometric data).
3. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process your personal data for the purposes specified below according to categories.
- a. Your Cookie Records, in order to ensure that the UISAP website shows all its functions and works properly,
- b. Your identity, contact, customer transaction, and professional transaction information, for the purpose of following up on the requests and complaints you want to convey via the forms on our website,
- c. Your transaction security information, for the purpose of proving that we have fulfilled our obligation to inform as a data controller and for monitoring and recording explicit consent approval processes,
- d. All your data may be processed by UISAP based on the legal reason of "explicit consent" in line with the permission you will give to send commercial electronic messages (SMS, Call, E-mail) in accordance with the relevant laws for the purposes of announcing products/services and invitations/events, conducting survey studies for customer satisfaction, promotion, advertising, sales, and marketing; and may be subject to transfer within the scope of the same purposes and legal reason.
4. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your rights that you can exercise pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 are as follows:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of your personal data in case it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
- To request notification of the operations made pursuant to correction, deletion, and destruction of personal data to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Regarding the processing of my personal data; I accept and declare that I have read and understood the Clarification Text above, that I have been separately and explicitly informed about my rights listed in Article 11 of the Law with the Clarification Text, and that I can easily access a copy of the Clarification Text.
